Looking for a book I can’t find.

Her long-time boyfriend dumps her when they start college. She has no family, and his family had become hers. She finds out she’s pregnant after the breakup.

Her ex’s brother is concerned when they haven’t heard from her, finds her depressed in her dorm and learns about what happened.
