RECOMMENDED: Daughter of the Forest by Juliet Marillier is $2.99! I have such incredibly fond memories of this book. My best friend and I read this together in high school, but my school library only had one copy, so I had to wait my turn. It’s a lovely fantasy novel with some romance, but be warned that it’s a slow, slow burn. Definitely trigger warnings for rape/sexual assault.

RECOMMENDED: The Sugar Queen by Sarah Addison Allen is $1.99! I’ve talked about my love for Sarah Addison Allen before. Her books are literary fiction with magical realism and they’re such perfect comfort reads. I like Garden Spells (her debut) better, but this was still a good read.

Binding 13 by Chloe Walsh is $1.99! This is a New Adult romance and was popular on BookTok (if that means anything to you). I was tempted by this given the popularity, but I prefer a one and done book, which this isn’t.
