Help A Bitch Out

There is a book that I read a while ago and cannot remember the name of but really want to reread it.

Here’s everything I remember:

There is a set of female twins in college. One of the twins goes on a date or two with this guy (think he’s an athlete) but doesn’t want to keep dating him so she has her twin go for her to break up with him.
The other twin goes to break up with him for her sister, but when she starts talking to him she ends up liking him. He can tell there’s something different about her but doesn’t realize she had a twin.
Eventually he finds out and they end up together in the end.

That’s pretty much all I remember, so any help would be greatly appreciated!
