Caro Claire Burke’s Yesteryear is the novel that’s been on the tips of everyone’s tongues this summer, so it’s no surprise there’s already an adaptation in the works. While on the red carpet for her new movie, The End of Oak Street, Anne Hathaway shared her excitement for the film adaptation of Yesteryear, which she will be producing. Hathaway told The Hollywood Reporter, “One of my friends wrote me and said, ‘I can’t remember the last time that I immediately re-read a book.’ People are just loving it and I couldn’t be happier for Caro, what a triumph for her.
