A good, true romcom manga is hard to find, in my opinion. A lot of manga are categorized as romcoms, but when you read them, the comedic aspect of the romcom happens to be missing. Romcom manga should make you laugh out loud and make you swoon just as much. Romcom manga are safe havens for many readers as well. Laughter and love become elixirs for the soul in times of need, and romcoms have them both. While I couldn’t include all the new romcom manga, some deserve honorable mentions like You and I Are Polar Opposites and Otaku Vampire’s Love Bite, to name a few, that truly bring romance and comedy together. In this list, you’ll get to read about overworked office workers finding solace in the smile of a supermarket cashier, blushing male students who have a hard time talking to girls, hilarious streamers who crush on their grumpy neighbor, and many more.
