Welcome to The Gym Bro Cutting Regimen.

This is a gimmick-free, no bullshit, straight-forward passion project that spontaneously evolved into an unplanned, self-published work. The gym and this lifestyle have brought so much positivity to my life, and it is my hope to share and give back to others in the same way, helping them find value and benefit from its worth.

The fitness industry is essentially a sales industry, constantly feeding into people’s desperate hopes for an easy solution, a quick shortcut, or some breakthrough secret that will magically get you into incredible shape with little effort. What’s contained in these pages is far from any of that dishonest crap. Most of the principles and regimen prescriptions here are quite simple—but they work, and they always have. They have worked for countless individuals in the past. They have worked for me. They can also work for you. There are no secrets to putting forth effort, eating clean, and training with intense proper form over the course of consistent months and years.

This program is particularly suited for young and adult men and women with beginner to intermediate levels of natural bodybuilding nutrition and training knowledge, as well as anyone with major fat loss goals looking to improve their resistance workouts at the gym.

This guidebook is designed to be read fully from front to back at least once for optimal understanding and to paint an all-encompassing picture of total comprehension. After that, any specific chapter or section can be referenced as needed. The appendix at the back includes a simplified meal plan and the workout routines for quick daily reference of the core regimen. Most fitness programs only include what is presented in the appendix here, a simple diet plan and exercises, but I wished to provide more value and substance.

For brevity, some basic knowledge is not covered too extensively as the average reader may be expected to either already know it or be able to quickly research it online, such as proper form for basic exercises.
