This week’s bestseller lists look pretty similar to the last. There’s only one title appearing here for the first time: Just Friends by Haley Pham. If you’re on BookTok, BookTube, or Bookstagram at all, you likely would recognize her, even if you don’t know her name. This romance novel is the BookTuber’s debut.
This list continues to lack of diversity on many levels. Some Indie Bestsellers you should know about are Kin by Tayari Jones, Strange Buildings by Uketsu, and Braiding Sweetgrass and Robin Wall Kimmerer.
To get these numbers, we look at the New York Times, both Combined Print & E-Book Fiction and Combined Print & E-Book Nonfiction lists; Amazon Charts, both Fiction and Nonfiction; Publishers Weekly; USA Today; and Indie Bestsellers, Fiction and Nonfiction, both Paperback and Hardcover.
