What’s that book called?

Forced proximity, workplace romance. There’s lots of spoilers!!

So, I’m looking for an office romance, where the FMC and MMC are competing for the same role.

There’s some forced proximity (both get stuck in their office due to a storm), and they finally talk (MMC flirts with every woman but the FMC)

The FMC asks the MMC to be her date to her ex’s wedding (ex cheats on her with their mutual friend).

There’s some mild OW drama, FMC walks in on MMC flirting with a colleague (a little more specific he uses a word on her that the FMC was talking about.)

The MMC also writes something? And the FMC reads it and gives her opinion.

The MMC ends up getting the job, but gives it up.

Anyone have a guess?
