It’s summertime, and the manga is easy to fit in your beach bag. Or your school bag! There are so many incredible manga books coming out in July, August, and September of 2025, you’re going to have a hard time picking which ones to read first.

There’s a shy high schooler who befriends his rescuer; a high schooler who wants to study with the Ultimate Cat Whisperer; four roommates in Tokyo trying to figure out what they want from life; an unemployed office worker who becomes the secretary for a video game villain; a classic about three sisters who are art thieves; a Christmas adventure with middle school students searching for a lost friend; and more!

Now, in the immortal words of Franz Kafka, “I’m gonna go read a book with pictures.” (Wait, no. That was Fran Kranz in The Cabin in the Woods. My bad.)
