MY REVIEW
Have you ever had a child, grandchild, or student who doesn’t like to read? We all want our kids to be good readers and to love reading. There are many ways to resolve this problem, but reading a book like Luella’s Library aloud to a child is going to open their eyes to the magical lands inside books.
Luella loves reading and has a beautiful library of books in her home, but her friend Lino doesn’t like to read. He would rather play games on his phone. Luella convinces Lino that books are filled with magical lands that you can only experience in a book. She opens a special book which is filled with lights and they jump in.
The lights are a magic portal that take the reader from one page to the next. The children find a leprechaun who’s desperately looking for his pot of gold and they agree to help him. All three jump into the next portal and then continue doing this as they discover some wonderful new places with every leap.
This beautifully written and illustrated book has a magical feel and children should enjoy the experience of reading or hearing this book. The author created a story filled with imagination and adventure. I recommend Luella’s Library to everyone.
