Disney Romantasy Webcomic Series Announced at D23

A new Disney romantasy webcomic series will launch on Webtoon. The initiative, “Disney Cursed Love,” was announced at Disney’s annual fan convention, D23, last weekend. Don’t expect kid-friendly material here. Seductive is a word used to describe the series inspired by some of Disney’s “most iconic love stories.” Disney Publishing says “Disney Cursed Love” will: be inspired by some of Disney’s “most iconic love stories” expand into print formats in 2027 “engage readers through seductive, action-packed romantasy adventure, entangled in dark magic, terrible curses and epic romance” kick off with a Beauty and the Beast-inspired romantasy Sorry to the shifter romance fans, but Beast will be in his human form in The Curse of a Forsaken Heart.
