Alma Vampires book cover

Cosmopolitan has shared the cover of Elena Armas’s upcoming paranormal romance novel Alma Vampires. Armas, who generally writes contemporary romance, is delving into the world of vampires with this new series. What is this one about? According to Berkley: “An unsuspecting heiress with a target on her back must enlist the protection of a vampire whose wealth and secrets rival her own.” This is the first book in Armas’s Icarus University Series. It’s out from Berkley on November 17.

XO, Kitty returns to Netflix for its third season on April 2, and the streaming service has released a new trailer! Fans of To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before will be excited to see Lana Condor back on screen, reprising her role as Kitty’s older sister Lara Jean for this season. And she has some sage advice for her little sis! Watch the trailer to find out more.

We Were Liars author E. Lockhart has a new book coming out, and you can read an excerpt now! This one is not set in the same world as We Were Liars, but the publisher promises The Pools will deal with a lot of similar themes, such as grief, social class, privilege, and identity. The official synopsis reads, “Once, in a small New England town known for its hot springs, something terrible happened. Something that should have been a warning to stay away from the pools, if the stories were to be believed. But no one is afraid of the water anymore, even if they should be.” The Pools is out from Delacorte Press on October 6.

Alice Oseman announced on Instagram that they have officially finished the final page of the last Heartstopper installment. “I drew the first page of Heartstopper in April 2016,” Oseman wrote. “Today I drew the last page.” Volume 6 of Oseman’s comic series will conclude the story of queer teens Charlie Spring and Nick Nelson. While details about this final installment are being kept under wraps, it is widely assumed that the story will examine how Charlie and Nick manage their relationship now that Nick is off at university. Volume 6 of Heartstopper will be out this July.
